The NAVIGATOR is cut from the same patterns we use in the production of the official U.S. Navy-issue coat and is made to the same exacting standards required by the U.S. Government. However, for this model we chose a full satin lining to lend a hint of luxury to an already steadfast symbol of American quality and style. The CLASSIC is for the customer with traditional tastes and a flair for fashion. Incorporating the best of both worlds,
the Classic provides both fashion (with its single-piece, un-vented back) and function. This 8-button model is our heaviest style, featuring 32-ounce melton and a fully quilted lining.

Overview
A hybrid of Sterlingwear's other three pea coat designs.
Description
Swarthy seamen and savvy business people alike will feel comfortable wearing this coat. A stylized version of the U.S. Navy Peacoat, the Mariner combines the traditional U.S. Navy Peacoat with just the right amount of fashion. The eight button front, welt pockets and stand up collar provide the fashion, while the full quilted lining and 100% virgin wool melton provide the function. Fashion and function combined are what make the Mariner at home on either land or sea, be ye a sailor or stockbroker.
